1. 구인(업무) 내용 : HR and General Affairs Manager
[ Duties ]
1. General HR management
• Deal with day-to-day HR issues
• Ensure that all ER issues are dealt with in a fair and consistent manner.
• Timely recruit staff and keep man-power in the Company for smooth business operations
• Reduce and prevent staff turnover by reviewing the relevant information
• Keep employees’ benefit details up-to-date
• Work with HR related 3rd parties
• Ensure the legal compliance of employment contracts and company policies(Handbooks)
• Deal with Health & Safety matters
• Facilitate effective communication between the Company and all other employees
• Provide supports to expatriates
• Any other tasks reasonably required to be dealt with
• Handling Visa management
• Provide HQ with request information and reports
2. HRD
• Support line managers and staff of setting up KPIs for each staff which aligned with HQ’s strategy
• Design Career development plan and help line-manager and each staff to execute it
• Initiate and organise training for staff
3. Payroll and income tax
• Prepare monthly payroll files and cooperate with the outsourced payroll company
• Ensure the legal compliance with tax law
• Dealing with the tax return for expatriates
• Completing P11D and PSA submission to HMRC
• Complete SA report for expatriates
4. General affairs
• Keep all office contracts to be most favourable for the company
• Deal with invoices for HR/ office operations including vouchering through SAP
• Organise company events
• Maintain the office environment for smooth business operation
• Any other tasks reasonably required to be dealt with

• Seasoned HR professional
• Problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Korean and English
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong drive to create a positive work environment
